Q: Hi.

Some questions after a quick check on your website...
1. If I have an IT support team of 5 staff, and I have an IT request that can go to any of the 5 staff, what options are there in Flokzu to manage this? Can the IT request be automatically routed in a round-robin way, or based on existing work load, etc. ?
2. Will in and out webhooks be available soon? Similarly, any plans for connection to Pabbly Connect?
3. In the form builder, is there a signature capture component?
4. Are the custom reports interactive web pages (i.e. a dashboard withh interactive elements that can change the report)?
5. Can custom reports be static and sent as a PDF to email partcipants?

Thanks much!

A: Hi Taiff,
Thanks for your questions!

1. There are several possible configurations to allocate the work among several people. I will list the most common ones:
1.1 The simplest is to create a role ("HelpDesk" for example) assign that role to the five people. Then, in the user task in the process, you assign the task to that role. Thus, when a task is created, it will appear in the Inbox of the five users. The first one to access it will block it, and the others will not be able to complete it. Another alternative is for the user to take the task and then unassign it from the others ( https://docs.flokzu.com/en/article/take-task-1lrdr6i/ ).
1.2 Currently, Flokzu does not offer load-balancing or Round Robin assignment of tasks to users (we take note of the suggestion!). But there is a workaround. It is possible to assign tasks dynamically. For example, you can assign the task to the content of a field or the result of a web service invocation. Using this, together with a database of possible users, you could simulate a round-robin quite quickly. If you wish, we can help you with this. ( https://docs.flokzu.com/en/article/user-task-assignment-fixed-and-dynamic-b5mahl/ )

2. We already offer Webhooks to external systems, both for form information and user information. Inbound Webhooks we don't provide yet, nor do we offer connection to Pabbly. But we provide a connector for Zappier, which allows you to connect to thousands of web apps. And probably in the short term, Integromat will be added as well. ( https://docs.flokzu.com/en/article/users-webhooks-1de804b/ )

3. The form builder includes a signature type field, which allows you to capture and store a holographic signature. It is worth noting that this is not a digital signature generated with the user's certificate. Instead, it is a simple field where the user can sign on a tablet or cell phone straightforwardly, with his finger or pencil. ( https://docs.flokzu.com/en/article/signature-type-field-fe4zpi/ )

4. Yes! Custom Reports are interactive and can interact with the user. For example, if you have a column with dates, you can filter by their ranges. Also, if you use a chart in the Custom Report, you can filter by some of its values by clicking on it. ( https://docs.flokzu.com/en/article/what-is-a-custom-report-1rkhs1f/ )

5. Yes! You can schedule Custom Reports, for example, once a week. Then, Flokzu will send an email with the report attached. The attachment is a snapshot of the information at this moment. ( https://docs.flokzu.com/en/article/scheduling-custom-reports-to-be-sent-via-email-i0uwq3/ )
