I have a small company. All BPM (or any process automation software out there) are practically cost prohibitive in Brazil (dollar skyrocketed around here in past few years). I always dreamed with Pipefy until I get to know Flokzu here in AppSumo.

It's is superb. Have all that I need to make my process implementations and put my business in a new level of organization.

The support is from another world. If you activate those guys on business hours, a reply will come in minutes.

Congrats Flokzu for this beautiful piece of software and AppSumo to make it available for all of us.

It is really very interesting to have the possibility of managing business process with the help of a visual interface for process modeling based on BPMN, robust integration tools, databases, metrics, reports, etc.

Although it is necessary to become familiar with BPMN, the potential is so great that it is worth getting to know it in order to take advantage of the automation and collaboration potential of this tool.

The system is very stable and robust, I like it a lot... among the things that I would like to see implemented in the future are the following:

- Add a visual classification system to start the processes, this could be done with colored folders, sublevels, etc. in order to group processes from related areas, for example: Accounting, Production, Security, etc.

- Have a mobile application for android and iOS in order to have direct notifications on the cell phone.

- I wish there had been a higher number of users for each license tier, (unfortunately the deal is ending and I just didn't have the money to opt for a higher tier at this time)

In short, it's worth the investment... awesome deal!

Flokzu helps alot to structure and organize things in a business.
I think every business should have something like this. I have only set up one larger process so far, but it already takes alot of stress away from me.
I am so happy to have found Flokzu!

I have two things that I would like to see implemented.
1. Allow adding multiple SMTP inside the same Flokzu account. Then let the user select a sending account when sending emails in the flows. This would be helpful for everyone with more than one brand to have their emails sent from the correct brands.
2. For each step in a flow you can add "instructions". That is great. But the customization of the instructions is very limited. It is hard to make it beutiful and the number of HTML-tags you can use is very limited. You can for example not add a link (a-tag).
Right now the workaround is to put a URL in plain text pointing to an external document where you have the SOP documented.

As my small business grows, the words of a friend have been rattling around inside my head. Those words were so simple "for crying out loud, automate everything!".

I have been looking for a solution for one of my biggest pain points for a long time. Automation software can be complicated, time consuming and way out of reach for the technically challenged...... not so with Flokzu.

I was put off a little, when I saw that a great deal of the training's are not in English, knowing that I would need to spend a little time learning. I need not have worried. I was issued with access to a course, which walks you through it step by step and my on boarding process now works smoothly, and my life got a whole lot easier within minutes! The support is exceptional, from the nicest bunch of guys you will ever meet.

If you need automated processes, just get Flokzu, simple. This will be one of the very best decisions I have made for my business. Thank you so much Flokzu

I just gave it an afternoon run through. I managed to create a form to collect info from customers on booking training class with number of seats booked tallied real-time on the form and internal databases. The workflow builder is very polished and super intuitive to setup. I really love the entire experience. So much potential and so easy to learn. I have access to Microsoft Form and Power Automate. Compare that to Flokzu, is like learning matrix calculus in your 2nd year uni vs asking Wolfram to give you answer so you have time for other more important thing.

I noticed all workflow starts from a form. This form can be sent to any public emails (internal or external users). Only internal users can approve or reject the process. External user/customer can fill the form and fill section of the visible or hidden part of the forms. Flokzu also support scripting (JavaScript). I test drive it a few like recalculating the field, making certain field visible or invisible, etc.

I can see that if you are running a business big or small, you really need Flokzu to tame down your internal processes. People come and go, but if you have Flokzu in place, new hires will be able to follow on fast to what processes you have in your company. In my previous big MNC jobs, these usually requires 100Ks of expensive development (e.g. salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics). Flokzu can already match 80% of those kind of processes needs and you can use it immediately without dreadful never ending meetings with your consultants to develop similar applications with Dynamics.

I'll explore Flokzu more later when I can reschedule my time. I need to test it to link with Pabbly and PipeDream automation. Overall for my current needs, I'm very happy with Flokzu.

And, support is superbly responsive. I got stuck with combo boxes form gui, saw Manuel icon floating there, shot a few queries, and got resolutions almost immediately. It is rare to get this kind of support these days.
