Flock to Flokzu? TBD

I have been looking for a tool for onboarding of clients for quite some time now and I still feel like I haven't found "the one" yet.
What tools I have tried: Breakout, ClientVenue, SuiteDash, and now Flokzu (I feel like I'm missing one or two more, but then again, I can't remember what I ate for lunch yesterday...)

Breakout was just a laughing stock. ClientVenue is actually really easy to set up and deploy, but a bit shallow. SuiteDash is robust, but overwhelming and overkill for this simple process. Flokzu does slot in somewhere in the middle of the pack in that it's not useless like Breakout, not as cumbersome as SuiteDash, just somewhere in between.

I will say though, and the reason I'm giving this 3/5 tacos is because the UI and UX are just an absolute mess. There's essentially no onboarding, at least in terms of educating the user. I found numerous tooltips that exist, but don't function. There is a lot of ambiguity surrounding functionality, flows, customization and processes and while there are help docs, it's not intuitive or logical to always force the user to consult documentation for every step of the process - that's wasted time which equals sunk cost.

I can see the power of the platform, I think it definitely has potential, but that potential feels like it's the pit at the center of a rotten fruit; you don't want to bite into it. Which begs the question, do you bite on Flokzu? I truly believe the "generous" pricing of the tool (ignoring the fact that $69 has become the new $49...) is due to the fact that this tool has a long way to go.

I would definitely recommend TRYING it out to see if it fits perfectly with your needs, otherwise, there are numerous other tools currently offering deals on AppSumo which might fit your use case and your design expectations better. I'm not fully endorsing this, not fully knocking it, but definitely something that needs a SERIOUS facelift.

My question to the Flokzu team is: What do you plan on doing with the funding you receive from this campaign? Does it provide the team to dedicate time and resources to such an update? I fear that without a UI/UX update that the tool will not last long or be terribly marketable to the general audience outside the LTD community. People here just want value, the typical customer wants the complete package, which this is not...currently.

Hi SapphireWolf, thanks for your honest review of Flokzu; we really appreciate your feedback. It's a shame that we didn't meet your expectations, but I am sure that we can revert this.

We are conscious that we have to improve our UI a lot, and we are working hard on that. For example, we are working on a new onboarding assistant that should be ready soon. To fill the gap, we have developed some quality resources that can help our users, including a free course on Udemy (all these resources are mentioned in the pinned post).

On the other hand, we have focused our efforts mainly on building a functional and robust product to solve real business problems through pure BPM technology, and today we are serving several companies successfully. I would love to jump in a call with you to show you all you can do with Flokzu (feel free to contact our support team and ask for Manuel) to revert the first impression you had of the product.

Also, I am worried about your mention of some features that don't work. That should not be happening, and I would like to deep dive into this. In that context, it would be great to have more information.

As mentioned initially, we are already working on improving Flokzu's UI, and I am confident that we will showcase significant changes in the following months.
