This one seems like a solid option for BPM, but with a few caveats. First, this software does NOT have an onboarding process that does a walkthrough of how to use it. It just launches like normal and if you want to learn the system you have to click the help button in the top left. There there are quite a few youtube videos to train you. A bit different than normal but not a big deal.
The big, big problem is no white label. Who wants to have your staff logging into something without a white label?
If you can get past those two items (the first is trivial, the second is not) then it's a winner. It's simple enough to set up. Processes are really easy to follow. Templates are as easy to set up and tailor as they could possibly make it. I like the setup.

About the wizard, we are currently working on that. Being 100% transparent, we expected to have the onboarding wizard ready for this instance, but we found some bugs and had to disable it. We expect to turn the wizard on again the following week. Meanwhile, we have developed a comprehensive set of educational resources (that can be found in the first pinned post).
Regarding white-labeling, we know we have to work a lot on this. However, I have to be clear that we don't want to be a total white label solution (but we want to improve our customization capabilities).
What can you customize now?
Emails and forms (HTML).
Colour of the tool (through support ticket).
Logo of your company. You can add your logo, but you can't remove Flokzu's logo (also through support ticket).
⏭ Next movements
Currently, transactional emails like reminders and invitations have Flokzu's branding. Our plan for this year is also to enable the possibility of customizing this kind of email.
