Q: Difference between tier 1 and tier 2?
Hi Tom, deciding between Tier 1 and 2:
1. Does "1 campaign" let me run 2 lists (different audiences/DMs) at once, or is that Tier 2?
2. Besides accounts/campaigns, do tiers differ on database exports, team logins, agents, API/MCP or daily limits?
3. Is 15 invites/day the cap on all tiers? Higher with Sales Nav? Message/visit limits?
4. Can I upgrade T1 to T2 later by paying the difference? Only while the deal is live?
5.Will webhooks, voice notes, workspaces and post-engagement import come to all tiers free?
6. Can I import a CSV of my own LinkedIn URLs straight into a campaign, and is there any limit on imported leads?

Oct 22, 2026A: Hey there,
Thanks for reaching out, and great questions.
1. Yes, you can run both at once. There's no cap on campaigns or lists on any tier, so two audiences on one account is fine.
2. The tiers only differ on LinkedIn accounts (1, 3 or 10). Agents, API/MCP, the lead database and safety limits are the same on every tier.
3. Every account gets 15 connection requests, 80 profile visits and 80 post likes a day, whatever the LinkedIn seat. We keep DMs to about 30 a day. Need a higher invite cap? Just ask support or update them in Settings if you have Sales Nav or a Recruiter licence
4. Yes, you can upgrade through AppSumo and pay the difference while the deal is live.
5. New core features roll out to every tier at no extra cost.
6. Yes. Import a CSV of LinkedIn URLs straight into a list, with no limit on leads.
Hope that helps! Any other questions in the meantime, please just holler :)
Bye for now,
Tom
