Hi, hope you are well - a couple of presales questions please.
1. I see that your front-end site is in mobile format, would you plan serve the Desktop site or make it responsive so it fits all screens?
2. Do we have an option to style the landing pages, I noticed the pre-defined themes, can we customise? Do you have email marketing option or integrations?
3. Will our websites carry your branding?
4. Does free products count towards the 10 limit?
5. Would you kindly consider increasing the number of products to 20 as that seems a fair deal to launch, grow and upgrade to your subscription plan.
6. Finally, for the customers who get this deal and wish to subscribe to your monthly plan later, what offers do you have? or should we pay the fees on your website?

1️⃣ Desktop and Responsiveness
Yes! The creator store is fully responsive and works great across mobile, tablet and desktop.
2️⃣ Styling & Customization
You can choose from multiple pre-defined themes, but you can also customize your fonts, colors, blocks etc. As for email marketing — that’s on our roadmap and it should be ready in few weeks!
3️⃣ Flowlance Branding
You can remove Flowlance branding. You’re free to connect your own custom domain too.
4️⃣ Free Products & Limits
Yes, at the moment, free products count toward the 10-product limit on the LTD plan.
5️⃣ Product Limit Increase
We’ve heard this request from several users and we’re considering offering more generous limits or an affordable upgrade path for LTD users.
6️⃣ Future Upgrades & Plans
If you ever want to move to a monthly plan later — just reach out to us directly and we’ll figure out the best path together. 🙌

Hi Patrik, thank you for the detailed reply, appreciate it. I took flowlance for a spin and here are my thoughts/suggestions:
1. The landing page, an option to enable/disable the 'Meet the creator and details' as it can act as a distraction especially on sales pages.
2. Noted about Favicon, please disable the title as it now shows creator store by Flowlance, even with the hide branding.

3. Currently, the emails are not white-labeled, can you add this to send from our custom domain to make it whitelabel, it will also help with deliverability. or an if you add an option for custom SMTP.
4. Sounds good about the e-mail marketing, awaiting info on this as it is an essential feature for flowlance.

Finally, the Desktop and Responsiveness view - the store front-end displays as a mobile storefront on Desktop - same with the landing page, it is a restricted width and on Desktop it does not resize. Landing pages look okay as slightly more width will make it view better on Desktop, but mobile view I believe you are focusing only one link in bio style for now.

Apart from the points listed above, Flowlance looks really impressive, and I really like the sleek user interface.
