Matt_S_HQ: Flowlance branding on email reciepts / Emails from own domain / CNAME / Embed / ETA on coupon codes and Zapier
Hi Patrick,
I've been testing Flowlance and I'm generally impressed. Before I stack a number of codes, could you let me know about the following:
1)Flowlance branding on emails
a)Is it possible to remove Flowlance branding at the bottom of email recipets?
b)Will it be possible to send receipt emails from our own domain emails?
c)Is CNAME a future possibility?
d)If these features weren't planned for this deal, is it possible you could offer a one time upgrade inside the app?
2)Embedding a shop
CNAME wouldn't be AS important to me if we could embed a store responsively within an existing site - is this something you'd consider for the future - it would be HUGELY helpful.
3)Timescales on:
a)Zapier - is this likely within 2025?
b)Coupon codes - even manual generation to start - is this likely within Q1 of 2026?

Thanks so much for the great questions — really glad you’re impressed!
1. Email branding + sending from own domain
a) + b) Not supported yet, but both are on the roadmap. Full whitelabel (no branding on store or emails + sending emails from your own domain) will be Pro plan only, not included in the AppSumo deal.
c) CNAME: right now we support "A" records. Meaning you can add your own custom domain & subdomains (included in Appsumo deal 🙏🏻)
2. Embedding the store
We’re still exploring this, but I get the use case. Right now, many users add links for their creator store to their CTA buttons on their site - pretty simple yet powerful solution. Let me know if that works for you.
3. Timelines
a) Zapier likely not in 2025.
b) Coupons — maybe in early 2026, but no promise yet. One workaround: create a public product at full price and a private version with a discount.
