Q: include white label for old appsumo users and not include it for new is not fair
Including white label for old AppSumo users and not for new ones is not fair. How can you hope to have a good reputation with AppSumo users when those who bought Flowlance in June get the white label feature, while those who purchase it after June 21 do not? This clearly creates disorder within the lifetime deal community and may lead to dissatisfaction among new customers. Such inconsistency can result in negative word-of-mouth, ultimately harming the trust and loyalty of the user base. It is important to maintain fairness to ensure a positive and cohesive experience for all users moving forward.

Aug 27, 2025A: Hey Juba, thanks for the question.
You’re right, it’s not ideal when things shift like this. The white-label feature started as part of a special AppSumo deal, and since then we’ve grown, added more features, and expanded what white-label means.
The recent change is part of preparing for something bigger we’re working on. Some adjustments are also just system limitations as we expand tiers and align features better for the long run.
That said, AppSumo users are still getting new perks. For example, we just rolled out Zapier integration for all AppSumo users, and more updates are coming.
We want to keep delivering value while also building a product that lasts. Thanks again for pointing this out feedback like this really helps us.
I also noticed this is your third comment raising some concerns. Just as a reminder: if Flowlance doesn’t fit your use cases, AppSumo offers refunds anytime. It’s totally okay if the platform isn’t the right fit for everyone.
