Q: Login issue with Flowlance Tier 1

(Have you run out of money?)

Whenever I try to log in using Google, the screen flashes, and I am back at the login screen.
The same behaviour as other apps just before they vanished.

I clicked "forgot password", checked spam, and never received the confirmation email.

I tried using my AppSumo code again, but it fails 'code invalid or already used'.
Code bought 27.06.2025

If this happens to me, it must be happening to everyone?

Ad deleting questions:
I replied to you earlier and that is shown in your recording in the beginning.

It was probably taken down automatically by Appsumo as their bot does this sometimes (please see screenshot of an example here: https://share.cleanshot.com/wZQvJ1l7)
I want to ensure you that none of Flowlance team deleted any questions - we just don't do that.

I'm sorry that you had some login issues. As I replied earlier, I need you to contact our support either on chatbot or anywhere here: [email protected] or [email protected] sice I don't have your email address account to investigate further and we will get you the support as soon as possible. (One explanation to "forget password" it;'s not send if you choose the Google login. But as I said I would need your email address to check)

The one thíng you can try meantime is open Flowlance app (app.flowlance.com) in incognite mode or delete cookies & cache since this seems like this kind of problem (since the login status is fully operational)
