Q: No favicon customization?
There's an option to remove Flowlance branding, but there's no way to set our own favicon to the store. Did i miss this setting?
The same for email. No SMTP? is this planned on the roadmap?
There are also static texts in english only, could be great if we could personalise these texts in our language.
Overall, good product but it needs improvements to use it with clients.

Favicon:
You didn’t miss anything currently, there isn’t an option to set a custom favicon. It’s on our roadmap and something we’d like to support in the future.
Email / SMTP:
Correct, there’s no SMTP support yet. Also planned for the roadmap as we expand more advanced email capabilities and white label options.
Static texts & translations: Do you have specific case? We are trying to removing every static text, but we may miss somehing.
