We definitely want to support AppSumo users with new updates, but not everything included in the future Creator plan will automatically be part of this special deal. Some features are usage-based and cost us money to provide them, so to keep things sustainable and avoid becoming one of those deals that shuts down after a few months—certain features won’t be included.
This specifically applies to emailing and communities, as it wouldn’t be possible for us to offer those on a $19 one-time payment and keep them running month after month.
Also, sorry for the confusion about the plan names.
We’ve already fixed it and clearly separated the AppSumo plan and the Creator plan.
