Q: Post purchase actions / Discount codes / Zapier ETA

Hi Patrik/Stepan,

Could you clarify what happens after booking a meeting/purchasing:

1)Booking a meeting - does the following happen:
a)Added to a Google Calendar (if connected)
b)Details emailed to client and store owner?
c)If there are changes to the booking - is the Google Calendar intergration 2 way sync (i.e if I change in GC will Flowlance note the change and email the client?)
d)Are there any sms reminderS?

2)Purchasing a PDF or digital product with a calendar booking
a)Is a reciept and invoice issued to the buyer - is this customisable with our logo/colours etc? How much Flowlance branding is on this?
b)Can we customise the email that delivers the digital product i.e with upsells/crossells?
c)If discount codes are generated by the platform can we include them on the purchase email?

3)Will Zapier be ready this year?

A: Hey! Thanks for the thoughtful and detailed questions—love it. Let’s go point by point:

1) Booking a meeting
a) Yes, if your Google Calendar is connected, the booking is automatically added to your calendar. The quest can add it manually with a button on success page.
b) Both the client and the store owner receive a confirmation email with details.
c) At the moment, it’s a 2-way sync with some bugs. Changes made in Google Calendar update the booking in Flowlance but it will not notify or update the client. But this is on our radar!
d) No SMS reminders for now.

2) Purchasing a PDF or digital product with a calendar booking
a) Yes, the buyer receives a receipt via email. Invoices are basic for now, with no Flowlance branding on AppSumo plan. You can edit full invoice and even your own logo.
b) Custom emails after purchase will be ready in about 2 weeks!
c) Yes, discount codes can be added manually to emails right now. Auto-generated coupon inclusion is on our roadmap

3) Zapier ETA
Zapier is definitely something we’d love to add. We’re actively tracking demand to prioritize it right.
