Q: Unable to Edit Privacy Policy or Change Client Support Email

I tried communicating via your support email in the early hours of yesterday morning (Mon 1st June 2026), and expected a response within 5hrs of your opening time, as stated. However, I haven’t received a reply so will try here as well.

My query follows:

Even though FlowLance gives me enough functionality to allow me to showcase my service professionally and aesthetically high-end, I’ve encountered the following issues:

* Unable to edit the privacy policy - so my sign-up email is displayed instead of the business email I’d like to use.The privacy policy is also in a format that isn’t mobile friendly.

* When an email is sent to a client my FlowLance sign-up email is given to them as a support email - I’d much prefer to use my chosen business domain email.

Is this supported, or can it be changed? As I don’t want my private email shown.

Thanks for the questions!

1. Privacy policy
Since you're hosting your store on Flowlance, we're required to show the privacy policy on your store. That's why it can't be edited or removed.
However you're free to add your own Terms of Service with any text or policy you want (in Settings > Custom Terms of Service
2. The email shown to clients
Right now it's not possible to change your email on your own - but the good news: we're happy to switch it to your business email for you. Just reach out to [email protected] and we'll get it changed so your clients see the address you actually want.
