Q: What's included in this plan?
The AppSumo page says with this deal we get "All future Creator Plan updates" - but in my account, I'm being asked to upgrade to Creator plan when I try to remove the branding. Do I have the Creator plan? I see Communities - will this plan allow communities?

Jul 16, 2025A: Hi! Sorry for the confusion! Here’s a quick explanation of why this happened.
We recently added a lot of big new features very quickly and also changed our internal pricing model. Some of these features, like email marketing and communities (currently in progress), are usage-based. So we agreed with AppSumo that these specific features can’t be included in the AppSumo lifetime deal, because it wouldn’t be sustainable long-term for us or LTD users.
The problem was that it took some time to update all the additional details across every AppSumo landing page where this deal is promoted. This has now been fixed and it shouldn’t cause any more confusion going forward.
Just to summarize:
✅ With your AppSumo plan, you get up to 10 products in your store (including landing pages).
❌ What’s not included: email marketing.
❌ Communities will also not be included in the future.
⚠️ White labeling is currently being discussed with AppSumo (we’ll share updates as soon as we have them).
You still have access to the custom domain feature and all other Creator Plan functions available in Flowlance.

Same question: Creator plan includes the new email sequences feature, however if I want to create one, I get the message "Upgrade for a higher plan.."

you have changed your terms and is really not fair thats why coments people feeling surprised. Honestly i feel betray and how can we trust you anymore after this update ??! I understand you change terms but people who bought before should be not include.
