Customer service not great at all
Bought a tier 1 last year and wanted to add on top of it, but it seems that their customer service don't care to respond to even basic questions.

I am so sorry that it took us a couple of days to reply to your original message. I completely understand why that is frustrating, and that delay is on us.
We have just replied to your support request with the exact steps to solve this!
Since AppSumo doesn't allow upgrades between old and new campaigns, here is what we can do to get you to that top tier:
A) We can manually refund your old Tier 1 purchase. Once refunded, you can buy the new Tier 3 directly on your existing account.
B) You can keep your old Tier 1, and buy a new Tier 2 or 3 to use on a completely separate account.
