Flowlance is a great way to sell products and services
We purchased Flowlance a few months ago and we have nothing but positive things to say about the product. The features and functionality available in Flowlance are amazing, and when you consider the price point, it is an easy recommendation!
The features included on the Teir 3 option we purchased include:
--- Flowie - AI product, store and ad content creation
--- Sales Dashboard
--- Orders - Order Details
--- Helpful CRM - Track every session spent with a customer, every invoice sent, every product they purchase, and any notes you take about this customer. You have one place to manage and automate customer records. You can also import a current customer list.
--- Use your own URL - You can set up your store using your own URL.
--- Communities - Want to provide a space where customers within the same or similar category can network, share ideas, etc.? Create a community.
--- Courses - Simple-to-use LMS that enables a business to offer training as a feature add-on or as a primary product. We may use the Communities section to promote a course following a customer purchasing a specific product.
--- Calendar - Customers have the ability to schedule an appointment with you during the time frame you identify as available [Consultation/Coaching/etc.]
--- Email Sequencing and Broadcast Emails- this is very helpful.
--- Direct Sales - Send a customer a link for a one-off or even recurring charge
--- Funnels [BETA] - And they are adding more features. We have not created a funnel yet, but I can assure you we will check out this feature when we are ready.
--- Referral/affiliate link - If you refer one of your customers [or anyone] to Flowlance and they subscribe, Flowlance will pay you 20–30% commission monthly [based on your plan]. Seriously… automatic PayPal payouts every month. There is no minimum payout amount, no sales limit, and you can track your revenue in real time.
In full transparency, on two occasions, support didn't respond within a day… one request took two days, and the other took three. And I still have nothing but positive things to say about Patrik Kruntorad, his team, and the product they have brought to market. Both times the issues were resolved. Only after the fact did it occur to me that we were probably prioritized lower than customers who were already live with products. I am also hoping my fellow entrepreneurs residing in the U.S. remember that 9:00 AM in Prague is 3:00 AM in New York and midnight in Los Angeles. Likewise, 2:00 PM in LA is 8:00 PM in Prague… you get the idea.
Patrik and his team may want to consider adding a KnowledgeBase and a ticketed support system/workflow that doesn’t begin with “send an email to support”. An automated acknowledgment when a support request is submitted could include a link to the KnowledgeBase, especially if Flowlance is experiencing a higher-than-usual support request volume. This helped us a lot almost three years ago when a promotion/ad campaign produced a lot of inquiries and sales and also significantly increased support requests. It was a great problem to have; however, we could not keep up with support. We hired two freelancers to categorize support requests, build a basic Knowledgebase, and automate an acknowledgment email that inserted links based on keywords in the "issue description" and/or selections from a category drop-down menu. When the next advertising push launched, purchases and support requests spiked again; however, this time over half of the support requests were closed by the customer that submitted the request. A surprisingly high percentage of customers visited one or more of the Knowledgebase links included in the support request acknowledgment email. Anyhooooo…. I am sure there are solutions being considered and Flowlance will land on the right solution.
The key takeaway here is that without hesitation, everyone on our team would recommend Flowlance. Flowlance, like the other products we have purchased on AppSumo, was conceived, created, and coded by a founder/business owner [and if they were lucky... a small team] genuinely trying to help other business owners navigate the sticking points we crawl over every day. So everybody, keep crawling until we can zoom and glide!
Thank you!
