No trusty founder !
Be careful if you buy this product; they completely changed their initial plan, scamming us.
The original plan was a creator plan including all features—email marketing, community, and basic white-label—but they suddenly changed everything, leaving us with a basic plan that is worthless. Before posting this review, I asked them for an explanation, saying the initial offer was unsustainable.
I can understand them changing their plan, but it should not affect the initial buyers, only the new ones. In any case, suddenly changing the plan and leaving clients with a useless plan is a misrepresentation, so I have very little confidence in the founders' future. A product is always tied to trust in its founders. I informed AppSumo, who told me they would discuss the issue with them.
For now, I’m leaving my rating while waiting for the situation to improve. By the way, if you read the latest questions, many people don’t understand the loss of access and the downgrade of the offer. It’s scandalous, and I hope AppSumo will take action.

Thanks for the feedback and I totally understand why you feel frustrated.
I waited to reply because I wanted to confirm everything with the AppSumo team directly and we've managed to schedule a call with them yesterday, so we’re now fully aligned.
First of all, you're absolutely right: this should've been communicated way better.
We are really sorry about that!
We made changes to our internal pricing and in the process, it unintentionally created confusion around what AppSumo buyers get access to in a window of two weeks.
That’s on us. So, to clarify things:
When you bought the AppSumo plan, you were promised everything in the original Creator Plan, including white-label.
We later introduced 3 new plans (Starter, Creator, Pro), and moved white-label to the top-tier Pro plan. But this change should not affect existing AppSumo buyers like you.
The only features that were always excluded are usage-based ones, like email marketing and communities — because they’d be too costly to sustain for lifetime users, but it wasn't communicated clearly in a process and again, I apologize for that!
If you don’t see white-label in your account (as a user who purchased before 07/21/2025), email me at info@flowlance.com. I’ll make sure your account reflects what you bought.
