Booked Meeting - No Show
I booked a meeting with FlowShare team for a demo (from their website) and they no showed, no response to my email asking some questions (before booking meeting), and no response to email regarding why they weren't there for their own meeting!
Customer service is everything and if you can't bother to be at a meeting that YOUR system allowed me to book - doesn't say much about the trust I can have in the company as a whole.
