It is with a heavy heart that I write this review. I really, really, really liked this software. When it does what it's supposed to do it's amazing..But when it doesn't it help us all. There seems to be a weird glitch when you save the documents sometimes where the software will just close...AND you LOSE the whole file...Like seriously? This happened to me multiple times and I reached out to support and this is when it got worse. They had no answers for me to retrieve the files and basically told me they know there is an issue but they haven't gotten around to updating their help center. The other issue that I have is that I work on multiple computers but you can only use flowshare on one. Maybe I will try it after the bugs are fixed. I think this is one that I will miss but the idea of working on a document for an hour only to lose it gives me nightmares.
