Q: verification

Trying again regarding my question: As fluxstore does not provide a backend api directly, when purchases go through fluxstore -- since it seems fluxstore is relying on Woocommerce as its backend --
Re: backend, is fluxstore simply totaling up the total amount of all purchases as one final price, processing that final amount through WooC. so that api can be used from WooC or Stripe?

A: Hi VIk,

Thanks for your question. Just to clarify—our product is fluXtore (one ‘X’ in the middle), which is a WordPress funnel plugin, not Fluxstore, which is a completely separate Flutter-based app and unrelated to us.

Regarding your query, here's how fluXtore works in terms of backend and payments:

fluXtore works in conjunction with WooCommerce, leveraging it as the order processing engine.

When a customer completes their purchase in fluXtore, each item in the funnel (base product, order bumps, upsells/downsells) is added to the WooCommerce cart as part of a single order. That means WooCommerce handles the order total and processes it through whichever gateway you have enabled—typically Stripe or PayPal.

We don’t aggregate multiple orders into one; rather, every funnel sequence (base + bumps + upsells) becomes a single WooCommerce order, and then the payment gateway processes the total amount.

If you were referring to Fluxstore, we’re not the creators of that app, so we don’t have direct insight into how they manage order aggregation or payments. You’d have to reach out to their support for the correct behavior.

Hope that clears things up! Let me know if I can explain anything further.
