Q: Hello, I redeemed this code but then it asked me to download an app, so is this an app where you have to do taxes on your phone?
I have no idea how that is going work? I hoping that is not the case but I figured I would check, thank you very much.

A: LLC, K-1s, S-Corps are covered in our Premium Plan for an additional $276 for the 1st year. Thereafter, the Premium Plan will be billed at $359.88 for every year.
However, you can go for our Standard Plan for LLC which would cost you $156 for the 1st year and $239.88 for the following years.
Both our Exclusive and Basic plans are different. Exclusive plan is billed at $84/y, whereas our Basic plan is billed at 120/yr. If you continue on our exclusive plan next year as well, you'll be charged $84 under which you’ll get these benefits-

Sarah, Please confirm All entities (LLCs, S-Corp, K-1s, etc.) is included in exclusive plan for year 1 and after year 1 as well. It is mentioned above on the deal section of Exclusive plan. I don't need personal filling support at this time but looking for one of my new LLC to see how your service is going to be.

They advertise having a zoom call with a "CPA" but you will literally get no response when trying to schedule one.
