Just the perfect alternative for Stock Photos and Videos
We all see it on our Social Media, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube -- user generated content is just the perfect media for your digital and social media marketing campaigns. Again the included credits here would be only for Product Sampling missions. If you want a generic mission, just pay a one time fee that I am sure is reasonable which helps Foap and the creators when you buy their content.

However, there's still a gray area, what if the content creator who was sent the product sample does not submit any photo / video? Is he penalized for not doing the mission?

To reciprocate the effort - we had come up with a way to give everyone, who bought the AppSumo LTD, access to Generic Missions, for FREE.
This is the ONLY short-term solution that we came up with, that could still work during the time of the deal and would allow you to RISK-FREE get a taste of content generated from Generic Missions.
Important: this is NOT a LifeTime deal for FREE generic missions, this is for You to TRY generic missions (if you do not have a product) without any costs.
The deal is: ALL AppSumo LTD subscribers will get 100% Money Back, no questions asked if WITHIN 7 days from the finish date of their launched Generic Mission they DO NOT want to purchase ANY of the content, and simply send ME (matt@foap.com) an e-mail.
Important:
- Once your mission is FINISHED, please write an e-mail directly to ME (matt@foap.com) saying you do NOT intend to purchase ANY of the content that was submitted by the creators. You have 7 days to do this from your mission finish date.
- If you like the content, but are not interesting in acquiring 5 photos (which is in the Generic Mission Package), also write to us that you love only 3 photos, we will REIMBURSE accordingly.
- DO NOT purchase (use your credits) on ANY of the photos if you want a money refund.
- If you use your credits on ANY of the photos from the Generic Mission without prior OK-ing it with us (matt@foap.com) - WE WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK, as then, WE WILL have to pay the creators for the content you "purchased" and transferred rights.
- DO NOT put in a Mission Winner Reward if you are unsure that you will be purchasing the content. Mission Winner rewards are automatically rewarded to the creators, and at this point, we CAN'T change this.
So yes, this solution gives you the option to TRY Generic Missions, RISK-FREE. If you don't like what you see, please write to me directly (matt@foap.com) and your money will be returned to you via STRIPE within 7 working days from the day of your request (this is STRIPE timing, not ours!).
Now for those of you who put in a money-back request for a Generic Mission you had previously launched, and then choose to run another, you have to write to ask saying you would like another "FREE TRIAL" of the Generic Mission. Maybe the platform is not a good fit for you, or maybe we have to work out your brief, rewards, etc. We will take it case by case.
As the deal is coming to an end, I truly hope this helps! All other solutions would require heavy development from our side, and most likely would not fit the window of your "money back" from AppSumo - so we are trying to give a really FAIR solution here.
