Yes, follow.it can follow websites that don’t have an RSS feed of their own. You can track updates on many sites, use our Website Changes Tracker, and add many other feed types (security alerts, GitHub releases, WordPress updates, mentions and more).

RSS is also one of our output channels. So in addition to reading updates in your follow.it newsfeed, by email or through the browser extension, you can get them as an RSS feed and use it in any other reader or tool you like.
