Thanks a lot for flagging this we’ve already fixed the issue on our side.
Regarding the empty Help page, that’s unusual. I’m not seeing the same behavior, but I’ll personally look into it to make sure it’s resolved.
Also, just so you know, Tier 2 is still a solid plan. We’re actually planning to come back to AppSumo soon, so hopefully we’ll have more updates there as well.

A: I get the frustration — totally fair, especially given what’s been happening with many LTDs lately.
We’ve always said the goal isn’t to burn out or go under by offering LTDs. That said, we do want to find a way to bring these new features to AppSumo users as well — but in a sustainable way that actually lasts long term.

When you say "but in a sustainable way that actually lasts long term." do you mean, more profitable for you? You see, those founders who show appreciation to early adopters they support by either offering "Add Ons": One, Free of charge(often times these founders thank early adopters, and Do Not Upsell) Two, Charge the actual cost, Three, Charge at a level where they can enjoy good margins

Legitimate question. Do you think it's ethical to take the money that LTD buyers invested, use it develop new features, and then not offer those features to LTD buyers?

A: We are not blocking LTD users from new features. We continue to ship and release product functionality for all plans, including LTD. A very recent example is the BlueSky integration, which is also available to LTD users.
What does need to be clarified is the difference between product features and services that generate ongoing, real costs. We keep building and releasing new features, but it...
Moreover, they have cut functionality for old clients; it’s only a matter of time before there’s nothing left. I believe I have lost money, but they also won’t be able to continue existing if they keep this up! The strictest measures are applied to such dishonest companies! I strongly advise changing the policy regarding clients; if I have lost 16 codes, then this will definitely not end well!
We have not removed core functionality from old or LTD users. What we cannot do is offer unlimited or auto-renewing AI credits to users who paid once. AI features consume real tokens and credits with ongoing costs — that’s how AI works.
To keep things fair and sustainable, we introduced BYO API keys, so all users, including LTDs, can access the same AI features

Please avoid spreading misleading claims that lack technical or economic logic. Followr remains actively developed and transparent about how these features work.
You probably should have thought about that before you made the promises you did in the LTD. And then continue to to try and justify your exclusion of LTD holders by saying that it is standalone and separate. It's not and if you look the legal definition of that, you know it's not.
I don’t even listen to what they say—people can say one thing and do something completely different! Reviews are really what you should be paying attention to!
I’ll wait a little longer, and if the situation doesn’t change, we’ll take action—it’s up to you whether you keep making things worse or finally take control of the situation! I get that having the key is good, but even with the key there are strict limitations on using the platform and it’s only getting worse; are you cherry-picking what people write to you, or am I missing something?
We don’t offer what we can’t support. What we are doing—and have always said—is working on bringing it back here in a sustainable way. There may be updates soon for LTDs regarding this!!!
What's really disturbing is how often this is happening in many LTDs purchased on AppSumo. Go check out r/AppSumo on Reddit to see how many complaints are there. It's becoming a daily thing.

A: Followr is not forcing you into a subscription — and your AppSumo LTD will never be affected or taken away. Everything included in your lifetime deal remains fully active exactly as you purchased it.

This is SO WRONG, you took advantage of Appsumo deal and Exclude AI Features as a Separate products. Shame on you!
