Finally fixed after 8 months - but needs improvements

I’m updating my review from 1 to 4 tacos because:
1. Marcos finally fixed my account after 8+ months (now shows all 10 codes)
2. I genuinely like the platform's UI and core features.
That said, it took 8+ months of constant chasing, vague replies ("team is working on it"), and being ghosted at times. The poor support experience costs 1 taco.
Ongoing issues:
1. Pinterest integration is still hit-or-miss
2. Scheduling sometimes fails, forcing manual posts
SERIOUS PRIVACY ISSUE:
Every new client account auto-follows @Followr_ai WITHOUT CONSENT. This isn’t whitelabeling... it’s forced Twitter follows. I’m currently holding off on creating new client accounts until this is fixed, as it violates basic professional boundaries and PRIVACY.
The platform has potential, but these issues need addressing. Buyers should expect delays with support and some feature quirks. The forced Twitter follows are unethical.
