Core Publishing Feature Is Completely Broken—Extra Features Are Pointless Junk!
As a long-term paying user of Appsumo, I almost never leave negative reviews for any product—even if there are minor flaws, I’m willing to give developers room to improve. But Followr’s performance has crossed the line of “tolerable,” forcing me to complain publicly!
Followr’s core positioning is “publishing schedule management,” yet its most basic multi-platform publishing function is abysmally bad! Every time I carefully plan a publishing schedule, 1-3 platforms will inevitably fail to post, with a failure rate that’s outrageously high! I want to ask the development team: What’s the point of rushing to add those irrelevant extra features when you can’t even get the core function right? If you can’t guarantee timely and accurate publishing, what’s the difference between this and me manually posting on each platform one by one? I paid for a service, only to end up spending extra time fixing your mistakes—why would I waste money on your product?
What’s even more frustrating is the after-sales service! When such a serious technical issue that affects usage occurs, I tried to provide feedback only to find that you don’t even have a proper support channel! Documentation can’t solve technical glitches at all, and the feeling of being left with no way to seek help is simply terrible!
To sum up: Followr can’t even keep its most basic promise of “stable publishing,” and its after-sales service is practically non-existent. Only when you fix the stability of the core publishing function and launch an effective technical support channel will I consider revising my review. Otherwise, this is a completely substandard SaaS product that wastes users’ money and time!
If you can stabilize the success rate of the publishing management function at 99%, I’ll give 5 Tacos; if not, even 1 Taco is too generous!
