Hi, we have seen that you have raised the TIERs to 10 when we bought the maximum was 8.
What we have seen is that now in Tier 8 we no longer have White Label and that we cannot use the most powerful AIs.
If we remember correctly. Before, those 2 functions were within the Tier 8 that the maximum that could be purchased.
Because we don't have it anymore?

Aug 1, 2025Just to clarify: White Label was never included in Tier 8—it has always been a Tier 10 feature. We haven’t taken anything away from your plan. In fact, we’ve added more features over time, not removed them.
Adding new tiers was necessary to help us sustain the development and infrastructure costs, especially with advanced features like AI. We understand how this might have caused some confusion, and we’re happy to walk you through all the updates if needed.
