This is a good platform with some issues that their team could easily resolve if they wanted to
I have 10 codes and, honestly, I mostly invested in this team to support them since I don’t have many accounts to manage. However, their restrictions on using AI avatars, avatar video creators, avatar image creators, AI viral shorts, and viral short creators with BYOK look strange. I completely understand that tokens for generating AI content, images, and videos with the latest models are expensive, but why don’t you allow LTD users to use BYOK instead across all the app?
Additionally, the feature of using your API costs $99 per month. I believe we supported you in the beginning, and you should do the same for us. I’m okay with using everything with BYOK, but please don’t limit the features you recently implemented.

Just to give you some context: right now our main focus is on creatives, especially carousels, which we’ve always felt had a lot of room for improvement in the app. We’ve been investing heavily there.
You should start seeing meaningful progress very soon — we’re aiming to deploy new updates for all LTD users as early as this week if everything goes well.
More improvements are coming.
