Useless software. Useless support. I'm done.

I got this months ago, and with problem after problem, I've finally given up.

This product is useless and the team don't care about their customers.

- The AI is pointless because there's so few credits you'd be lucky to get out one post a week. I still need to write all my posts in ChatGPT and paste them in.

- When I first started using it, you could add a first comment to your post. This stopped working soon into using it. I've contacted support numerous times about it and it still doesn't work.

- If you start a post, but haven't added an asset yet, you can save it as a draft, but then can't continue to edit it. You could then drag it to the calendar and try to edit it from there, but if you had only written the text and not added the aset yet, you can't drag it to the calendar so your only option is to delete it and start again.

- They've recently changed the interface so now when you drag an asset into the upload box nothing happens. You can click it and browse instead, but when you select your asset to be uploaded nothing happens.

- For any kind of support, you don't open a chat box like every other platform in 2025, you have to transport yourself back to 2000 and put in a ticket and wait for an email in a day or two, by which point you've long moved on to doing something else.

Obviously with the first comment and useless AI, I'd already spent out on it so used it as a simple scheduler for a while because that's all it's good for, but had to set alarms to manually post comments, but now with all the other issues, it can't even do that.

I'm done.

If you're interested in this, save yourself the money. It doesn't work and the support is practically non-existent.

Over the past weeks, we’ve been launching major updates (new AI tools, redesigned interface, and several integrations), and some of those changes temporarily caused the problems you mentioned.

The good news is that we’ve been fixing them one by one: media uploads, first comment, and drafts are all being improved and stabilized now. You should already start noticing a smoother experience.
