1. No, we don't have any plans for integrating with Razorpay (or any other payment gateways) at this time. We recently introduced an addon for lifetime deal customers which includes functionality allowing you to use third-party payment gateways and either manually, or automatically (through Zapier) assign and revoke product access to members. This addon might be an option for you if you are unable to use PayPal or Stripe.
2. We can help you migrate your existing members and customers, but there is no functionality for effectively migrating your courses and products from other platforms.
3. We can help you both migrate existing customers who've purchased stand-alone products (have already paid for "Course 1" and therefore also get free access to "Course 1" when invited to your Forento platform). But you can also easily attach specific memberships to invites in bulk. When doing this, your members will be asked to subscribe to the membership as part of their sign-up process when accepting your invite.
4. I cannot view the landing page that you're linking to, but the website feature is a full drag-and-drop site builder and allows you to build essentially anything imaginable. I cannot imagine that you wouldn't be able to build the page that you're referring to within Forento. If you'd like, send me a screenshot of the page through our live chat, and I will confirm whether or not you will be able to create it using the Forento site builder.
5. There is no limit to how much content you can upload to your platform.
6. Forento streams over HLS, but we do not support any digital rights system. The source file is not available to download for users on your platform, but only available to you and any of your co-admins/team members. We are looking into implementing DRM.
7. We are not planning on releasing any mobile app associated with Forento.
8. There is a basic email feature within Forento for managing the transactional emails that are sent out on behalf of your platform. Other than the transactional emails, you can also enable a welcome email that is sent out to anyone who signs up for your platform. Within this feature, you can customize the email content either in clear text or HTML.
9. There are no webhooks for Forento, but we recently introduced a Zapier integration (mainly configured for assigning and revoking product access. For use case: external payment gateway. However, it also works for these sorts of setups, depending on what type of data you need to send & receive via Forento) that is available through the zero commissions addon. With this integration, you might be able to connect to your other tools, assuming they also integrate with Zapier.
10. We host videos on Bunny CDN, but other course content is hosted on our own CDN, in the EU.

12. Yes, you are able to see the progress of your members in each specific course on the user's page. You can also see what other content they have purchased or accessed.

Hey again skfaisal93. Yes, the Zapier integration and manual assigning of products are only available through the zero commissions addon. But, that also means that you won't pay any sales commission on those sales (or any other sales on your platform). Once they've created an account for your platform you'll be able to assign them access to products.

skfaisal93: Yes, you need to pay for an upgrade if you want to use Zapier and accept payments outside of Forento since you won't be paying the sales commission fee. The upgrade is priced between $19/mo and $29/mo depending on the lifetime deal tier. With the addon, you'll be able to assign the members access to your products. They will have to create their own accounts for your platform though.
