Yes, I know of a bunch of creators on Forento who have previously been hosting their content with Patreon. With Forento, you'll be able to upload and host all of your videos and have members pay per month or year for access.
As for fees, it seems as if Patreon charges between 8-12%. Whereas the transactional fee for Forento ranges from 2-10%, depending on what lifetime deal tier you get.

No, if you buy 2 codes for $78 you'd be able to create one website, on one account. There's no agency plan, meaning you'll have to create separate accounts for each one of your platforms. You will need to get four codes, two for each.
