Q: Certificate Question
Although the certificates are not available within the program, is there any reason why we couldn't issue one ourselves via email or transfer? It seems like an easy workaround....but sell me on why paying the monthly fee is a better idea...please only focus on the certifcate, not Zapier or other benefits in the monthly fee.
Because if you can persuade me that there is a benefit I don't want to miss, you will win the sale.
That we can't automate something as simple but as necessary as a certificate is incredibly annoying. Yet, that is precisely why it should be included in the added monthly fee. It's like paying for parking. It's annoying, but necessary. Once you've secured your spot, you have to get over it and focus on the benefits.
