Hola : necesito confirmar algunos aspectos técnicos clave:
¿Ofrecen API pública (REST/GraphQL) para gestionar usuarios (crear, actualizar, activar/desactivar) y roles?
¿Soportan SSO (SAML u OpenID Connect, por ejemplo Google Workspace/Microsoft) para acceso unificado de estudiantes?
¿Permiten incrustar HTML/iframes dentro de las lecciones o páginas personalizadas (ej. para incluir formularios de terceros)?
¿Cuál es el alcance de la marca blanca? (ej. ¿puedo usar dominio propio, quitar logotipo Forento y personalizar emails?).
¿Cómo gestionan la exportación de datos y logs (usuarios, progreso, actividad) en formatos CSV/JSON?
¿Dónde se almacenan los datos (región/país), cuánto tiempo y qué garantías ofrecen respecto a la propiedad y respaldo de la información?

Thanks a lot for your questions and for outlining the technical aspects you’re looking into. Let me address each point:
API / integrations:
We don’t currently offer a public API. However, you can connect Forento with Zapier to automate user access to courses and other products based on external data.
SSO / authentication:
We support sign-up and login with Google. For your academy specifically, users will need to create their account with an email + password. At this time, we don’t support SAML or OpenID Connect SSO.
Embedded content:
It’s not possible to embed HTML or iframes inside course pages right now. This is on our feature request list, but not a top priority at the moment as we’re focusing on other highly requested features.
White-labeling / branding:
There is no Forento branding attached to your academy (other than the free subdomain we provide, which you can replace with your own custom domain via DNS or purchase directly through Forento).
You can also connect a custom email sender to replace the default Forento no-reply address, and all emails can be freely customized with HTML.
Data export:
At present, the export feature supports member contact information. Data such as course progress or activity can be viewed in the Forento dashboard but isn’t yet available for export. Expanding exports to include this is a great idea, and I’ll share it with our product team.
Data storage & compliance:
Data is stored on servers within the EU (primarily Sweden and the Netherlands). Your academy on Forento is fully GDPR-compliant, ensuring ownership, security, and backups of your data.
