SonickQ: French translation, ApiX-Drive & automated e-mails
Hi Adrian,
I have multiple questions before buying:
1. Is the back-end interface could completely be translated in a different language than English? If my admin interface is in English, I don’t care: I’m OK with English. But my customers… well, they are French. And French are a bit « stucked » with their native language, so I have to be sure that from their point of view, everything could be in French (menus, buttons, etc.).
2. I see a Zapier integration. I don’t like Zapier: it’s way too expensive. As an AppSumo customer, I use ApiX-Drive. Do you plan to be compatible with ApiX-Drive in a near future?
3. Can we send automated mails to our students? To say « welcome » or « thank you » at the beginning… « well done » or « this course could interest you » at the end, etc.

1. Yes, your academy can be displayed in French. You won't even have to translate anything yourself, since we already offer French as one of the academy language options in our customization settings view.
2. We currently don't have any other integrations with automation tools other than Zapier. With that said, however, we are exploring adding support for general webhooks as an alternative. Depending on whether ApiX-Drive works with webhooks, you might be able to connect the two then.
3. Yes, there are a few email automations that can be set up directly in Forento. Such as a welcome email to new students, and emails to people who access a specific course or product. These emails can be edited in HTML or in clear text. You can also connect a custom email sender to replace our default, no-reply address.
