Just picked up Tier 2 based on what I saw on your YouTube channel. If this tool lives up to even half of what I expect, it should go down as one of the great AS deals...\u000a\u000aHOWEVER, I was extremely disappointed to read that \u0022Appsumo codes are not transferrable after a workspace is deleted. Appsumo is for lifetime access to one workspace. Additional workspaces can be purchased through Appsumo or as a standard account.\u0022\u000a\u000aThat seems very much at odds with your targeting of agencies since we all know that clients are rarely on a \u0022for life\u0022 commitment. \u000a\u000aWe should have access to X workspaces to use as we see fit which means deleting clients that drop\u002Doff (or even better would be archiving with the ability to unarchive but I understand the potential abuse there) and using that slot for new clients that come on.\u000a\u000aIf agencies (like mine) are truly your target, then IMO you should lift the limit of only being able to stack 10 codes or at least throw out an 11th tier which is unlimited AND more importantly, give agencies a way to adapt to client churn without essentially wasting slots as time goes on.

Agreed. It\u0027s funny that if I just would like to run a test it would consume my client/workspace for life.  If we are not licensed with the number of re\u002Duseable workspaces then the term \u0022lifetime\u0022 is meaningless. You are essentially selling X number of once\u002Doff\u002Duses. I\u0027d suggest that you at least allow one re\u002Dstart per month for each workspace.

I see this question picked up steam.  I hear and understand this question clearly.\u000a\u000aI know my answer will be lambasted, but there have to be some limits.  I find it funny how AppSumo users want lifetime deals but push for models that make it so the software companies can\u0027t survive long enough for them to get that value.\u000a\u000aOur AI costs are on\u002Dgoing for every single request and we chose not to do a credits model that cuts you off after so many words or prompts.  Instead, we made the AI unlimited within a Workspace / account.  \u000a\u000aMaybe we should change our model to credits like the rest, but honestly I think it disincentivizes software companies to build features that do not eat up credits.  We wanted to create valuable features that were valuable with and without AI \u002D which we have done.\u000a\u000aIMO, most AI apps do one thing and then use credits to limit people.  Our software has a ton of features and value that can continue to be used for a lifetime ( content creation, campaign creation, message creation, SWOT management, continued persona research, continued competitor research ).\u000a\u000aIt\u0027s a lifetime deal for a Workspace with unlimited AI.  If a client leaves and a new one comes in, invest in a new workspace.   Many software companies have per account pricing models like Hubspot, Mailchimp, HotJar and hundreds more.  If you got a lifetime deal for Hubspot or any of those, it wouldn\u0027t be for every client you ever could get, it would be for one account.\u000a\u000aWe want to create something amazing for the world and can\u0027t do that if our costs are 20 times the revenue, so while I appreciate the AppSumo community a TON, I really hope they can understand the need for a ceiling.\u000a\u000aI am sure I will get hate, but I think that we built a platform with a ton of value and provided an amazing deal to put that in folks hands early on with many more features to come that will keep delivering value.

My problem now is I was ready to buy but I wanted to try it first. If it turns out the client I decide to try it on is not a good fit, I just wasted my money.  (I have clients in very different niches (some small local, others ecommerce.) So I agree with aR39681. One restart would be nice. Or even an online demo playground would work.  Maybe even Youtube channel?
