Q: I purchased Plan 1. I now realize that I should have got Plan 2. Can I upgrade to Plan 2 & only pay the difference?

Yes, you can simply buy another code from AppSumo and then redeem it on the Billing & Plans page under settings. Doing this will bring you to Tier 2.
