And for the custom domain...I would like to set it up as a subdomain. who would the emails be sent out that the system generates to the students?
also given that we will work with students from the EU and course will be in italian, German, spanish & English - I am wondering if the website and the emails would only be available in one language?
I understand I have to duplicate for each language

As for your questions:
1. Yes, you can connect a subdomain to replace the free, Forento subdomain you're assigned. This is done through DNS and is available under settings -> custom domain.
2. You can replace the default Forento sender address by connecting your own email sender. This is done through SMTP. You can set it up by going to settings -> customize academy -> at the bottom of the page.
3. We do have support for all of these languages, but you'd have to create multiple academies assuming you want to have seperate languages presented to students in emails, courses and academy settings views.
