In another answer you wrote this:

Question:
If I buy here in AppSumo "Plan 1 - Basic 1" lifetime deal, can I get the Scale for $49/month?
If yes, can I decide anytime I want when to start the Scale plan? Like I buy the lifetime here today, can I decide to upgrade to Scale in 6 months? Still $49, right?

That's right, you can get the Scale plan (originally $149/month) for as little as $49/month with the custom offer presented on the Billing & Plans page, as long as you have a lifetime deal redeemed for your account.
