1. Yes, there are two addons available for lifetime deal members. One is the No Commission Addon, which is specifically for those who do not wish to pay sales commissions. This addon costs $19/month for Tier 5/6. The other is the Scale Addon, which includes all the features of our Scale plan. 2. The Scale Addon ($49/month) includes the certificates feature. The No Commission Addon ($19/month) does not.

3. If you build a website with Forento (included in all Start plans), you can easily add forms through our built-in form builder. You can also embed forms from external providers, as long as they provide an embed code that works with the HTML element in our site builder.

4. It is possible to integrate some chatbots into your Forento website (via the site builder). However, chatbots cannot be added to the academy itself. The academy is where your courses are hosted and accessed, while the website serves as your storefront.

5. You can connect a custom email sender through SMTP if you wish to send emails from your own email account on behalf of your academy. You can also set up a range of automated emails. If no custom email is connected, messages will be sent from a default Forento no-reply address.

6. Yes, the student interface is completely under your brand. The only Forento branding is on the free subdomain we provide, which you can replace by connecting your own custom domain.

7. We are normally very quick to respond. Last week, several team members were out sick and Friday was particularly busy, so unfortunately no one was able to reply in time before the weekend. That said, I did share a response to your questions earlier in chat.
