Why all my Videos that uploaded have been delete???? You are the lifetime deal with unlimited videos upload, Use a few month, received an email from you saying that you cannot upload so much videos. And i have screenshot your offer in Appsumo which stated Lifetime with unlimited videos upload. AND NOW ALL MY VIDEOS GONE!!! PLEASE EXPLAIN! THANK YOU!

A: Hi eyecloud.customercare, thank you for raising this. We want to make sure we address it transparently.

We reached out in early March to check in on your academy, as the account had been storing a very large amount of video content with little to no traffic or updates over an extended period. We wanted to understand your plans before taking any action, and gave you multiple opportunities to share context or confirm plans to re-activate your academy initiative.

To clarify: we do not set a fixed storage limit because we want to give creators room to grow without unnecessary restrictions. However, that flexibility is tied to active use. It exists to support creators who are building and running their academies, not as indefinite hosting for inactive accounts.

Your account raised concerns due to a significant amount of stored content combined with little to no traffic or updates over an extended period. That is why we reached out, not to penalize you, but to understand your situation better.

During that conversation, we shared our perspective on how we manage storage fairly across our platform, and we specifically asked whether you had any upcoming plans that could be launches, or initiatives for your academy. That was your opportunity to share context that may have changed our assessment. After that point, we did not receive a response. It has now been over a month since that interaction.

We want to note that we explicitly invited you to share any circumstances we may not have been aware of throughout our conversation. That opportunity was available. The time between our initial outreach and the eventual removal of the content also provided more than sufficient opportunity to download and back up any material, should that have been the priority.

It is also worth noting that your account remains fully active. All features included in your plan, including any upcoming features we are working on, are still available to you. Only the unused video content that was the subject of our conversation was removed.
