I'm not too sure if there will ever be livestream functionality within Forento. As of now, the relevant features (Session products and events) are built to work with any outside video conferencing tool that can provide a meeting or scheduling link. Creators are happy with this since most have their preferences and existing setups.

With that being said, there is a possibility that Forento one day have a built-in video conferencing tool for livestreams, webinars, and one-on-one sessions, just not now or in the near future.
