Q: I paid for licensed tier 3, but I'm only on tier 2
Could you please assist me with an issue regarding my Formaloo licenses? I purchased the Tier 1 Lifetime license on January 21, 2022, and then purchased the Tier 2 license on December 2, 2025, both through AppSumo. Given these purchases, I am wondering why I am not currently upgraded to the Tier 3 license. I hope your customer service can help correct this. Thank you.
