For handling clients: You can create a folder for each of their clients and give access to those clients' team members. You too can do the same. So you have full access to everything, but your clients only have access to their forms and folders.

I was not able to reply to your reply below :) Can you clarify who a team member is? Does that restrict access internally to creators of formaloos with the organization or clients/users that can interact with the formaloo?
