We can offer you Formaloo with BAA for you. With a BAA in place, further steps must be taken to create HIPAA-compliant online forms. A BAA does not guarantee compliance.

For example, you can't have email notifications if you want to be HIPAA compliant. We do offer all necessary steps for you to be HIPAA compliant, but there are steps you should take in your organization about access management, data flow, etc. to make sure you're HIPAA compliant.
