Glad I found this!

The extensive library of DFY templates is a great starting point for creating beautiful forms; many WordPress plugins are hard to use and hard on the eyes.

I also really like their YouTube channel which is full of tutorials; a feature missed in many software products.

The number of updates that Farokh and his team have implemented since launching on AppSumo is equally impressive, with more to come soon. :-)
