- Hi I am looking to purchase the form builder, I build websites and I have a customer that needs to have a form where his customers can select a preset day and a time where he is available and pay for it in advance to have a session with him and only if they pay for the appointment it can be successfully booked. Is there a booking appointment setting prebuild or is there a way to build the logic? with JS or other tools prebuild settings or tools?

- Hi, I'm an Estate Planner in the UK and I want to make an interactive form to take our clients Will and Power of Attorney instructions. This will be for two people and they will have to name beneficiaries and various people with various roles, such as Executors etc. They may name various different beneficiaries, executors etc. Can I also have drop downs for male/female, married/co-habiting etc. I will also need to embed a calendar so the clients can choose their dates of birth and that of their children plus executors etc. I have designed an MS Word version for clients but I would also like to digitise this.
