- Hi, I'm an Estate Planner in the UK and I want to make an interactive form to take our clients Will and Power of Attorney instructions. This will be for two people and they will have to name beneficiaries and various people with various roles, such as Executors etc. They may name various different beneficiaries, executors etc. Can I also have drop downs for male/female, married/co-habiting etc. I will also need to embed a calendar so the clients can choose their dates of birth and that of their children plus executors etc. I have designed an MS Word version for clients but I would also like to digitise this.
