Unacceptable platform for a product that should only handle surveys

I purchased FormBerry about a year ago and just recently used it for a client: the experience was disastrous.

When testing a background image on a form, even after removing it, the image stays stuck as default. This forced me to rebuild the form from scratch, wasting a huge amount of time.

The mobile version is terrible: questions don’t display properly, making the form basically unusable on smartphones.

The most critical issue: in the insights and reports, the question/answer columns are completely misaligned. To figure out which answers belong to which questions, I have to export the data and manually realign everything in Google Docs. This not only wastes time but also makes me look unprofessional in front of clients.

If I could, I would definitely ask for a refund. Since that’s no longer possible, I strongly urge the team to fix these problems immediately—because it’s unacceptable for a survey platform to have such severe technical flaws.
