Q: Hi, 1.
Is the app able to collect the email address from the responded to the form, e.g. display the email address of the person who answered/responded to one of the forms and not only the IP address?
2. Can I use the app with a plain vanilla Gmail account or do I need a more advanced infrastructure?

2 - If you just want to share the form, gmail could enough, you can just send the form links.
