Hi, I am interested in your product. I just wanted to know if it's possible to add latex math equations into your quizzes or forms. Alternatively, something like MathJax? 1. Do you send out data from partial submitted forms? Or otherwise, incomplete forms that were not completed. Via webhook or google sheet? 2. Is this wordpress based or can I embed it anywhere? 3. Is there a cname available? 4. Can we create typeform like forms? (one question per line)?

A: We have “SMS confirmation” and “Email confirmation” modules. Once enabled, after submitting the form, the user receives an SMS with a code, and only after entering the code is the form submission considered confirmed.
