FormDesigner Questions

if it’s possible to create a basic contact form for a website that links directly to Google Sheets. We’re looking for a solution that will allow form submissions (like name, email, and message) to automatically populate a Google Sheet.

Am I able to build a form with basic info needs, name, email, phone, etc and replace the regular submit button with a click to call phone button that will call a number but also will save/forward the form information?

Can I use this for transforming a government / official PDF forms into a web form where the data entered gets mapped back into the original PDF template.
